As in previous years, students from the Principality's public and private schools took an active part in the 2019 edition of the "No Harassment Day" at the school.
The purpose of this event is to offer young people the opportunity to express themselves freely about this phenomenon, by inviting them to reflect on harassment, while informing them on ways to avoid it or put an end to it.
Various workshops, designed to raise awareness of the importance of the subject, were organized throughout the day. For example, at Collège Charles III, 6th and 3rd year students worked in pairs on digital tablets, participating in an interactive game in Spanish entitled "Protect your image".
A choreographed inter-language show, with video support based on slogans created by 6th graders and a 3rd presentation of the "Charter of Good Cyber Behaviors", with their technology teacher and their teacher. visual arts, allowed students to better understand the different forms of bullying at school and to learn how to cope with it.
Particularly vigilant on this phenomenon, the Princely Government relies on the National Education, Youth and Sports Department to prevent, detect and treat cases of harassment in schools. Sensitization sessions are held regularly, in association with Action Innocence Monaco. It should also be noted that, in the framework of a partnership with the General Prosecutor's Office, the First Deputy Prosecutor intervenes with representatives of the Public Security Department at the 5th and 2nd levels.
