Since today, it is again possible to enjoy the Saint-Charles swimming pool. The reopening of the aquatic complex is accompanied by the resumption of all activities and courses with measures adapted to the health situation.
Thus, the maximum number of people allowed to be in the pool at the same time is fixed at 30 (free swimming). Aquatic lessons (aquabike, aquagym, aqua trampo fitness, aquados) are limited to 16 people. Prenatal swimming lessons are limited to 8 people. The baby swimming activity is also back at the Saint-Charles pool but with only one parent instead of two usually. Finally, the weight room, which is generally freely accessible during public opening hours, remains closed.
In order to be able to maintain social distancing, new instructions have been put in place.
Wearing a mask is compulsory in the corridors as well as the changing rooms and up to the edge of the pool. The box is equipped with a plexiglass and hydroalcoholic gel is available.
The use of individual changing rooms is possible but it is not possible to leave clothes and shoes in a locker, users must take their belongings with them at the edge of the pool.
One direction of circulation must be respected: pool access through the men's locker room and pool exit through the women's locker room. Soap shower compulsory before entering the pool (1 out of 2 showers is available). Hair dryer, shoe lockers, jacuzzi, hydrojets and equipment are unavailable.
Group lesson enthusiasts are asked not to arrive too early as there is no waiting space.
In addition, the Saint-Charles swimming pool has obtained the Monaco Safe label set up by the Prince's Government and more particularly the Department of Health Action in collaboration with the Welcome Office, which guarantees customers and visitors to the Principality of the conditions of 'optimal reception in compliance with the health rules in force to fight against the spread of the Covid19 virus.
